Andrew Sieja founded Relativity as a software consultancy in 2001, successfully pivoting it into a fast-growing software company in 2007. He's a computer programmer by trade; prior to starting Relativity he worked as a technologist for a variety of multi-nationals and consulting firms. As CEO, he has five key goals for Relativity: offer a great product, provide relentless customer support, ensure team members love their jobs, positively impact the community, and grow a great software company.
