Registration Cancellation and Substitution Policy

In-Person Pass

  • If you cancel before September 1: Refund minus $150 fee
  • If you cancel between September 1 and September 15: Refund minus $660 fee
  • If you cancel after September 16: No Refund
  • You can transfer an in-person pass to another registrant within the same company through September 26

Digital Pass

  • If you cancel before September 1: Refund minus $50 fee
  • If you cancel between September 1 and September 15: Refund minus $150 fee
  • If you cancel after September 16: No Refund
  • You can transfer a digital pass to another registrant within the same company through September 26

Pass Change

  • If you change your pass type before September 1: Change fee of $50
  • If you change your pass type between September 1 and September 15: Change fee of $150
  • If you change your pass type after September 16: Change fee of $300
  • You can transfer your pass (either type) to another registrant within the same company through September 26
  • Passes can only be changed by Relativity Fest staff. If you'd like to change your pass type, please contact RelativityFest@executivevents.com

CLE Financial Hardship Policy

Full and partial scholarships are available to attend CLE-eligible sessions at Relativity Fest 2023 to persons with demonstrated financial hardship. To apply, applicants must submit a request, on letterhead if possible, stating the reason for their interest in the particular session, satisfactory proof of income (e.g., the applicant’s two most recent paystubs) and an explanation of their financial hardship, and a completed course registration form. Registration fees will be reduced by 50% for qualifying attorneys on a space-available basis, with preference given to applicants in order of date submitted.
