Pre-RelFest Workshops

Go beyond faster review and learn how to turn Relativity aiR outputs into decision‑ready case guidance. Work through a realistic, end‑to‑end legal scenario as relevance, confidential business information, and privilege decisions feed directly into case strategy. Then distill your analysis into a defensible recommendation: settle, litigate, or investigate further.

Golf Outing

Tee off RelFest Chicago on the green! Enjoy 18 holes, food and drinks, and time to connect with fellow attendees. All experience levels are welcome.
Pickleball Outing
$75 • Tuesday, September 29
New at RelFest Chicago this year – join us for a morning of pickleball with the legal intelligence community. There will be lunch, beverages, and tournament style games – we'd love to see you there!
Networking Event Guest Pass
$250 • Thursday, October 1
The networking event is always a highlight of RelFest. With a guest pass, attendees can bring a plus one – even if they didn't attend RelFest – with them to the event. Guests must be 21 or over.
Limit one guest pass per registered attendee.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Individual Pass Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations received on or before August 28: Full refund minus $50 processing fee (per pass)
- Cancellations received between August 29 and September 14: 50% refund minus $50 processing fee (per pass)
- Cancellations received after September 14: No refunds will be issued
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
Group Pass Cancellation & Refund Policy
Group registrations are managed and paid for as a single transaction and are subject to the following conditions:
- Partial cancellations or refunds for individual attendees within a group registration are not permitted
- Refunds will only be issued if the entire group registration is canceled
- All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
- Processing fees apply at the group cancellations
- Group Cancellations:
- Cancellations received on or before August 28: Full refund minus a $150 processing fee per group package
- Cancellations received between August 29 and September 14: 50% refund minus a $150 processing fee per group package
- Cancellations received after September 14: No refunds will be issued
- Pricing is based on current pass rates
Pass Substitutions
- Name substitutions are permitted at no additional cost through September 14
- After September 14, substitutions are subject to approval and may not be guaranteed

Add-on Activities Cancellation and Refund Policy
Golf Outing, Pickleball, Pre-RelFest Workshops, and Networking Event Guest Pass
- If you cancel before September 14: Full refund minus $50 cancellation fee
- If you cancel after September 14: No refund
CLE Financial Hardship Policy
Full and partial scholarships are available to attend CLE-eligible sessions at RelFest Chicago 2026 to persons with demonstrated financial hardship. To apply, applicants must submit a request, on letterhead if possible, stating the reason for their interest in the particular session, satisfactory proof of income (e.g., the applicant’s two most recent paystubs) and an explanation of their financial hardship, and a completed course registration form. Registration fees will be reduced by 50% for qualifying attorneys on a space-available basis, with preference given to applicants in order of date submitted.
