Bill Pascoli is the director of customer success at kCura. He has worked closely with customers for more than 20 years to design, implement, and support complex technical solutions and products. Since joining kCura in 2014, he has used his Big 4 consulting and software experience to lead a variety of different teams at kCura to better understand and improve customers’ overall experience with Relativity. Prior to joining kCura, he led a team of more than 60 technologists at Marsh Clearsight who were responsible for software implementing and supporting. Bill received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2009 and is also a certified Project Management Professional.
