Beyond e-Discovery: Using Relativity to Leverage Business Needs

Reed Smith has developed methods to leverage Relativity outside of standard litigation and e-discovery, getting more practice groups involved with the technology and ultimately introducing Relativity to a larger user base. In this session, Michael Orecchia and Sharri Wilner of Reed Smith will share ways they used Relativity to solve problems for clients in revenue-generating practice areas—such as M&As and real estate holdings—that wouldn’t traditionally take advantage of e-discovery resources.
