e-Mediation: The Seventh Circuit Pilot Program
The Seventh Circuit Electronic Discovery Pilot Program has created an e-mediation program to provide volunteer mediators to e-discovery disputes in smaller civil cases where the parties and their counsel lack the experience or resources to resolve the discovery issues themselves. In this session, Cinthia Granados Motley, a mediator for the program, and Judge Fischer, District Judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, will walk you through what the program looks like and how you can get involved.
