Professor Pardieck graduated from Harvard College, Indiana University School of Law, and then completed a doctorate degree in law at the University of Hokkaido in Japan. He has practiced in the U.S, focusing on complex civil litigation, and in Japan, where he worked as General Counsel for Temple University, Japan Campus.  He is currently a Professor of Law at the Southern Illinois University Simmons Law School, where he teaches courses, including e-discovery, and directs the school’s e-discovery pro bono project.
