Hon. Xavier Rodriguez

Xavier Rodriguez is a former Texas Supreme Court Justice and a current United States District Judge for the Western District of Texas. Previously, he was a partner at Fulbright & Jaworski (now Norton Rose Fulbright). Judge Rodriguez serves as an adjunct professor at St. Mary’s University School of Law and is a frequent speaker and author on employment law, discovery, and arbitration issues. He received his bachelor’s degree from Harvard University, a master’s degree from the University of Texas, and a J.D. from University of Texas Law School.
