Ms. Vinson currently serves as senior counsel and director of e-discovery in the Litigation Group at Bayer Corporation, where she leads a robust e-discovery practice in cooperation with Bayer's L&RS IT department. Prior to joining Bayer in 2006, she was litigation counsel with CNA Insurance Companies and a shareholder at the law firm of Picadio McCall Miller and Norton in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law and Murray State University.
