Monica Bay is a lawyer, journalist, analyst, and provocateur. She is a Fellow at CodeX: The Stanford Center for Legal Informatics and a columnist for Above The Law. She also freelances for Bloomberg BNA's Big Law Business and is co-host of Law Technology News (Legal Talk Network). A member of the California bar, she is based in New York and can often be found at Yankee Stadium.
