Meribeth Banaschik

Meribeth is an American attorney and English solicitor, living and working in Germany for the last nine years. After working in-house and at a top German law firm, she is currently partner at EY Germany consulting on eDiscovery and GDPR solutions. With more than a decade of experience advising companies in litigation, Meribeth brings a unique perspective including first-hand experience in building an in-house e-discovery practice and team to handle complex cross-border matters. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas A&M University and earned her Juris Doctor and MBA from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas.
