Mary Pat Poteet is a national expert in electronic discovery and litigation support. Formerly the Director of Litigation Support for DLA Piper, she now provides consultative services on various litigation support and e-discovery issues for law firms and legal departments. She is a contributing author of the California Civil Discovery Practice, 4th ed.; a co-author of Electronic Discovery and Records Management Guide: Rules, Checklists and Forms; and a founding member of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model.
