Karyn Harty is a partner in the dispute resolution department of McCann FitzGerald and leads the firm's data investigations group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, fraud and asset tracing, and strategic data management. She led the recent court application in the IBRC v. Quinn litigation for approval for the use of technology-assisted review in discovery, which received approval from the Court of Appeal in February 2016. She is listed in Best Lawyers 2017 and recognized as a leading individual by Legal 500 (2016).
