He provides support and guidance for multiple teams, including Forensics, Productions, and a customized development solutions team. Jon founded and oversees Deloitte's RCA Prep committee, which has helped over 100 professionals achieve a Relativity certification, and established a 75% pass rate on the RCA among individuals that have participated in the program.
