Jenny Hamilton is Senior Counsel and head of the Global Evidence Team, which includes digital investigations across Deere’s legal and compliance matters. Jenny serves on the steering team for the ABA Cross Border Discovery Institute and co-chairs the Corporate Counsel committee for The Sedona Conference Working Group 6 (WG6), which focuses on data privacy and international electronic discovery issues. Prior to Deere, Jenny practiced commercial litigation in Chicago and worked in Government Sales for Gateway Computers. She holds a business degree from the University of Texas and a J.D. from the University of Iowa.
