Hon. Nora Barry Fischer

The Honorable Nora Barry Fischer has served as a District Judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania since April 2007, and is a designated patent judge under the Patent Pilot Program. Prior to her appointment to the Bench, Judge Fischer engaged in private practice for thirty years, including as a partner at the law firms of Meyer Darragh Buckler Bebenek & Eck and Pietragallo Bosick & Gordon. Judge Fischer is a graduate of St. Mary’s College and Notre Dame Law School.
