Debbie Reynolds is a global thought-leader and advisor to Fortune 500 Companies on data privacy and electronic evidence handling in high-stakes litigation. She is the director of EimerStahl Discovery Solutions LLC, an affiliate of Eimer Stahl LLP, a data privacy officer for Eimer Stahl LLP, and an adjunct professor at the Georgetown University and Cleveland Marshall College of Law. Debbie is a published author, speaker, and frequent media presence related to data privacy and e-discovery issues. She was recognized in 2017 as a Legal Industry Visionary and as one of the Women Masters in Legal Technology. With more than 20 years of experience in the data privacy and legal technology, Debbie has been pivotal in the direction and implementation of e-discovery and litigation services operations for leading law firms, including WilmerHale, Orrick, and Morgan Lewis, and the management of data privacy issues in the U.S., Asia, Europe, and South America. Her combined legal services, executive leadership, and technology expertise include developing global e-discovery and managed services operations. Debbie is a frequently published author and a highly sought speaker on global data privacy and e-discovery topics for corporations and legal industry conferences. Among her accomplishments, since 2015, Debbie has been an annual chapter author for the Thomson Reuters editions of the book titled “eDiscovery for Corporate Counsel”; in 2017, she co-authored the Bloomberg Law Insight titled “How Privacy Protections and Data Are Changing Antitrust in Tech”; in 2018, she authored articles for the International Journal for the Data Protection Officer, Privacy Officer, and Privacy Counsel article including the article titled, “The Increasingly Complex Issues Involved in Data Breach Fallout,” and she was featured in an interview on “Chicago Tonight” by Phil Ponce for a televised PBS segment on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
