Amy Bowser-Rollins
Litigation Support Guru | Instructor
Amy held two legal trainer positions before joining the world of litigation support in 1996. She has built four litigation support departments, been responsible for the user support of more than 85 practice-specific software applications, conducted in-house software training classes, and provided one-on-one training with attorneys. In 2011, Amy launched LitigationSupportGuru.com to give back to the industry and fill a gap in the education of a litigation support professional. In 2012, Amy joined the faculty at the Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies in their Paralegal Studies Program. As an adjunct professor, she teaches Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, legal technology, and advanced litigation technology. Amy has found that students learn best when the learning style is interactive, engaging, supportive, and she always tosses in a little humor (sarcasm) for good measure.
