Alex Case has been the assistant general counsel and e-discovery counsel for the United States Commodity Futures Trading Commission since 2013. Previously, Alex has held positions as a special assistant United States attorney for the United States Attorney's Office for the Western District of Virginia and as a trial attorney and senior e-discovery coordinator for the United States Department of Justice Tax Division.
