Code of Conduct
At Relativity, we’re committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive community for everyone. Our code of conduct outlines our expectations and applies to all attendees, Relativity employees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and other participants.
Expectations
Be kind and considerate to everyone and mindful of those around you. Respect personal space and practice common courtesy.
- Refrain from using profanity or other abusive or vulgar language.
- Refrain from excessive drinking.
- We do not tolerate harassment or aggressive, intimidating behaviour. This includes offensive verbal comments, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or recording, disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
- Do not gamble, carry weapons or explosives, use, sell, or possess non-prescribed drugs, or participate in any other illegal activity.
What to Do about Inappropriate Behaviour
Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. If asked to stop inappropriate behaviour, please comply immediately. Attendees violating these expectations may be refused entry or removed from the event at any time at the discretion of Relativity.
