Relativity Fest Quest Rules a Mobile App Challenge

This contest is sponsored by Relativity ODA LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principle address at 231 S. LaSalle Street, 8th Floor, Chicago, IL 60604 (“Relativity”). No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law. This contest is open to persons who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry.

Entries will be accepted through 3:30pm on September 28, 2023.

To enter the contest, you must download the Cvent Events App (the “App”) in the Apple App Store or Google Play and open the Relativity Fest Chicago 2023 event. Fest Quest is not applicable for Relativity employees.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Relativity, which shall be final. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Relativity shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Relativity that may cause the contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (iii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of a prize, or from participation in the contest; or (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the contest.

Relativity reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner who, in its sole suspicion, tampers with the process, intentionally submits more than a single entry, violates these rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Prizes will be awarded by the point system outlined.

• Attend breakout sessions = 25 pts each
• Complete feedback surveys = 25 pts each
• Complete a Learning Lab = 100 pts each
• Attend a live Tech Stage presentation = 100 pts each
• Write G2 Review about Relativity = 100 pts (one time only)
• Visit our sponsor booths = 25 pts each (one time per sponsor)
• Visit our product booths in the RX = 50 pts each (one time per booth)

Quantities of Relativity gear is limited and offered on a first come, first served basis. Limit one points redemption per person during the conference. Falsification of points or attempts at using duplicate points will not be tolerated and could be a cause for removal from the event.
