Relativity Fest Game Rules

The Relativity Fest Chicago - Fest Quest Game (“Contest”) is sponsored by Relativity ODA LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal address at 231 S. LaSalle Street, 20th Floor, Chicago, IL 60604 (“Relativity”). No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Void where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law. This contest is open to persons who are registered attendees of Relativity Fest Chicago 2024 (the “Conference”) and are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry.

Entries will be accepted until 11:30 a.m. CT on Friday, September 27, 2024. Winners will be announced via the event’s mobile app at 11:45 a.m. CT. Winners must claim their prize at the Information Desk by 12:30 p.m. CT on September 27, 2024.

To enter the contest, you must either scan the provided QR code or have your badge scanned when you do any of the following:

• Attend breakout sessions
• Visit sponsors in the Community Pavilion
• Visit Relativity product booths at the Demo Village, Knowledge Bar, and Innovation Bar
• Visit Fest Stage in the Community Pavilion
• Pick up your Relativity branded merch in the Community Pavilion
• Explore a Learning Lab in the Community Pavilion
• Take session and event surveys
• Submitting a G2 review

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Relativity, which shall be final.

Prizes will be awarded to the top five (5) participants with the highest points earned. Limit one prize per participant. The odds of winning depend on the total number of participants and their performance. Winners will be notified via the event’s mobile application at 11:45 a.m. CT. Prizes will be awarded in the form of physical American Express Gift Cards. If a winner is not physically present to claim their prize by 12:30 p.m. CT from the Information Desk, the prize will be forfeited.

Winners may not substitute or transfer Prizes. Relativity reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a Prize is unavailable. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All taxes on Prize are winners' responsibility.

Five (5) winners will each receive one American Express Gift Card in the following order: 1st Place: $500 Amex Gift Card, 2nd Place: $200 Amex Gift Card, 3rd Place: $100 Amex Gift Card, 4th Place: $50 Amex Gift Card, 5th Place: $50 Amex Gift Card.

Relativity shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Relativity that may cause the contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (iii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of a Prize, or from participation in the Contest; or (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. Relativity reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner who, in its sole suspicion, tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, acts in an unsporting or disruptive manner or otherwise interferes with the Contest or with the Conference.

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners' names, hometowns and likenesses for any advertising or publicity without additional compensation. Winners may also be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility and, were lawful, a publicity consent agreement, as conditions for receiving a prize. Failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions shall be grounds for forfeiture of a prize. If any Winner cannot, or does not desire to, comply with these terms and conditions, that Winner may notify Relativity in writing and Relativity may select a new winner to receive the prize.

Winners may withdraw consent to use their personal information at any time by contacting privacy.inquiries@relativity.com. However, if a winner exercises their right to withdraw consent:

• The lawfulness of Relativity’s use of their name, likeness, image, voice and/or statements as set forth under these rules prior to such withdrawal of consent will not be affected;
• Any information published will continue to exist in the public domain after winner’s withdrawal of consent; and
• If it would be overly burdensome or impractical for Relativity to cease using winner’s name, likeness, or hometown, and if permitted by applicable laws, Relativity may choose to continue using winner’s name, likeness, and hometown as set forth under these rules under an alternative available legal basis, such as Relativity’s legitimate business interests (in which case, Relativity will inform winner of such alternative legal basis).
