You can now purchase two or more full conference passes together. Groups of 10 or more will receive a discounted rate if purchased together in the same transaction. Rates for all group passes will increase by $200 on August 9, 2025.

Networking Event Guest Pass
The networking event is always a highlight of Relativity Fest. With a guest pass, Fest attendees can bring a plus one – even if they didn't attend Relativity Fest – with them to the event. Guests must be 21 or over.

2025 Policies
Payment Methods
We only accept credit card payments for this event. If your company requires check/wire payment, please contact RelativityFest@executivevents.com.
Group Passes
- Group passes are only eligible for a discount when purchased together in the same transaction.
- Additional group members cannot be added for a discount post-payment.
- Group member names and email addresses are required at time of registration — we do not offer placeholders.
- Group registrants do not need to be from the same company or organization.

Registration Cancellation and Substitution Policy
In-person and Digital Passes
- If you cancel before September 7: Full refund minus $50 processing fee (per pass)
- If you cancel between September 7 and September 29: 50% refund minus $50 processing fee (per pass)
- If you cancel after September 29: No refund
Pass Change
- In-person to Digital:
- You may request a change of your in-person pass to digital by September 29: Fee will be determined by the current price difference in passes minus a $50 fee.
- If you request change of your in-person pass to digital after September 29: Your pass will be changed without a refund.
- Digital to In-person:
- You may request a change of your digital pass by September 29: You will be responsible for the price difference at the time of the change.
- You can transfer your in-person or digital pass to another registrant within the same company through October 3.
- Passes can only be changed by Relativity Fest staff. If you'd like to change your pass type, please contact RelativityFest@executivevents.com.
CLE Financial Hardship Policy
Full and partial scholarships are available to attend CLE-eligible sessions at Relativity Fest 2025 to persons with demonstrated financial hardship. To apply, applicants must submit a request, on letterhead if possible, stating the reason for their interest in the particular session, satisfactory proof of income (e.g., the applicant’s two most recent paystubs) and an explanation of their financial hardship, and a completed course registration form. Registration fees will be reduced by 50% for qualifying attorneys on a space-available basis, with preference given to applicants in order of date submitted.
