Cloud computing is an increasingly popular hosting alternative, as it helps achieve compute resource scale, provides geographic redundancy for business continuity, and offers native automation enhancements. kCura, however, has built a framework to provision complex cloud resources, on demand, to support a rapid software development lifecycle—including dynamic provisioning for short-term virtual machine (VM) leases and different multi-tier application VM profiles. It brings the scale and elasticity benefits of the cloud to the infrastructure used for demos, development, QA, training, and software development testing.
