How to Play

You earn points for every activity you complete at RelFest. The more you do, the better your chances of winning. You’ll earn points by:

  • Attending breakout and general sessions
  • Visiting sponsors in the Community Pavilion
  • Visiting Relativity booths in the Community Pavilion
  • Picking up your Relativity branded merch in the Community Pavilion
  • Participating in the community activity: Baytree Centre
  • Taking session and event surveys

To complete an activity, you’ll be required to either scan a QR code or have your badge scanned. Take a look at the Fest Quest game in the RelFest London app for full details on each task.

At the end of RelFest London, the top three attendees with the highest total points will win.

RelFest London Fest Quest Game Rules

This contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Relativity ODA LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal address at 231 S. LaSalle Street, 20th Floor, Chicago, IL 60604 (“Relativity”). No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law. This contest is open to persons who are registered attendees of RelFest London 2026 (the “Conference”) and are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry.

Entries will be accepted through 17:00 BST on 16 June, 2026. The winners will be announced during the Closing Session on 16 June, 2026, between 17:00 – 17:30 BST.

To enter the Contest, you must join the Fest Quest game on the RelFest London App. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Relativity, which shall be final.

Three (3) winners will each receive the following Relativity Merchandise Packs (each a “Prize”). Relativity Merchandise Packs consist of the following:

  • First place: Navy Vinga Hunton Bag, Nordic Drift Adventure Blanket, Skywave 12W Speaker (valued at ₤280)
  • Second place: Nordic Drift Adventure Blanket, Skywave 12W Speaker (valued at ₤130)
  • Third place: Nordic Drift Adventure Blanket, Skywave 12W Speaker (valued at ₤130)

Prizes will be awarded to the top three (3) attendees with the highest points earned. Limit one Prize per Participant. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Winners will be notified by public announcement at the end of the Conference. Winners must be physically present to receive a Prize. If any winner is not physically present or cannot be located, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected at random. Winners may not substitute or transfer prizes. Relativity reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a prize is unavailable. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All taxes on prize are winners' responsibility.

Relativity shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Relativity that may cause the contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (iii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of a Prize, or from participation in the Contest; or (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. Relativity reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner who, in its sole suspicion, tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, acts in an unsporting or disruptive manner or otherwise interferes with the Contest or with the Conference.

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners' names, hometowns and likenesses for any advertising or publicity without additional compensation. Winners may also be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility and, were lawful, a publicity consent agreement, as conditions for receiving a prize. Failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions shall be grounds for forfeiture of a prize. If any Winner cannot, or does not desire to, comply with these terms and conditions, that Winner may notify Relativity in writing and Relativity may select a new winner to receive the prize.

Winners may withdraw consent to use their personal information at any time by contacting privacy.inquiries@relativity.com. However, if a winner exercises their right to withdraw consent:

  • the lawfulness of Relativity’s use of their name, likeness, image, voice and/or statements as set forth under these rules prior to such withdrawal of consent will not be affected;
  • any information published will continue to exist in the public domain after winner’s withdrawal of consent; and
  • if it would be overly burdensome or impractical for Relativity to cease using winner’s name, likeness, or hometown, and if permitted by applicable laws, Relativity may choose to continue using winner’s name, likeness, and hometown as set forth under these rules under an alternative available legal basis, such as Relativity’s legitimate business interests (in which case, Relativity will inform winner of such alternative legal basis).
