The Backstory
Back in 2010, we kicked off Relativity Fest to get close to our users, understand their needs, and share our vision. About a hundred people came. (We were ecstatic.) Nearly a decade later, Relativity Fest has grown to global scale, with annual events in Chicago and London. We now plan for over 3,000 attendees annually who come for networking, thought leadership, product news, and fun. Relativity Fest has helped us cultivate the most active and dynamic professional community in the legal and technology fields.

This year, Mike Gamson makes his Fest debut as our new CEO. Before Relativity, Mike spent 11 years at LinkedIn where he was SVP of Global Solutions. Chris Brown, Relativity’s chief product officer (formerly CPO at Orbitz), and Andrew Sieja, Relativity’s founder and original programmer, will join Mike on stage to celebrate our community and set the vision for technology’s role in the legal, data governance, risk management, and compliance industries. And special guest speaker Margot Shetterly, author of Hidden Figures, will educate us on how greater diversity in STEM is the key to innovation.
