Relativity Certified Administrator Exam

The RCA exam will be hosted during and after Relativity Fest for conference attendees.

  • Sunday, October 9 — 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, October 11 — 1:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, October 12 — 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Seating is limited, and exam registration is required in addition to Relativity Fest registration. After you’ve registered for the conference, contact us with your preferred exam date and time to reserve your RCA spot. The RCA exam is offered for an additional $250 fee, and payment will be requested before Relativity Fest.

Relativity Specialist Exams

One specialist certification exam—Analytics, Assisted Review, Certified User, Infrastructure, Processing, and Project Management—is included in conference registration. Specialist certification exams will be offered on-demand during and after the conference. You can show up at any time within these time frames; however, you must begin your exam at least one hour prior to the computer lab’s closing time. You can take additional specialty exams, but the cost will not be included in Relativity Fest registration.

  • Sunday, October 9 — 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Monday, October 10 — 10:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, October 11 — 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, October 12 — 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Additional Relativity Training Sessions for Attendees

While you’re in town, take advantage of the Relativity Training sessions we’re hosting at kCura’s headquarters before and after the conference.

  • Administrative Training ($1,000) — October 8–9
  • Analytics Training ($500) — October 12
  • Processing Training ($500) — October 12
  • Assisted Review Training ($500) — October 13
  • Infrastructure Training ($500) — October 13

Seating is limited, and registration is required and reserved for conference attendees. After you’ve registered for the conference, contact us noting the training you would like to attend. Payment will be requested before Relativity Fest.

FAQs

How will on-demand exams work?

  • During the hours the specialty exams are running, you can come to the computer lab, provide your name, email, and exam name you’d like to take, and then we’ll set you up with a computer. You’ll listen to a short instructional video and begin the exam.

Can I transfer my complimentary exam seat to someone else?

  • No, complimentary exam seats are non-transferable.

When can I add the on-demand exams to my agenda?

  • When the agenda builder opens in August, you’ll be able to add the exam to your agenda. This will not reserve a spot, as the on-demand exams are first come, first served.

How many RCE credits can I earn at Relativity Fest?

  • RCAs and RCSPs earn 10 RCE credits for attending.
  • Relativity specialist certification holders earn 4 RCE credits for attending.

When will the RCE credits earned at Relativity Fest appear on the customer portal?

  • Credits will appear no more than one week after the conference.

If I pass an exam, when will I receive my certificate?

  • We’ll provide details around certificate timeframes closer to the conference
